Frida Mexican Cuisine - Torrance

Upscale Mexican restaurant conveniently located at the front side of Del Amo Mall. Cool and subtle design of the interior and exterior as well! It a large restaurant with a huge bar as soon as you enter inside. Food is great and tasty and portions are large. Excellent mango frozen margaritas. Any type of tacos we had very delicious. Great stop after shopping for a good meal.

The mariachi brunch was wonderful, the mariachis played at each table, took requests and were so talented. The food was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The (alcoholic) drinks were nice and strong, although they seemed a bit understaffed so there was some time in between wanting to order another drink/more water and actually being able to. Great place to celebrate or bring folks from out of town for an experience.

Nice ambiance and super friendly staffs. A bit pricey but not too terrible. Food was ok but drinks were good. Overall great option for casual lunch or dinner.

The bartender I had serving me drinks did a phenomenal job and was generous with the alcohol. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. I loved how energetic the atmosphere was. The food was lackluster, i ordered the happy hour taco sampler and I was disappointed. $20 for 5 tacos... I decided to give it a fair try and thought that these tacos would be phenomenal because I'm ordering Mexican food at a Mexican restaurant... I was incredibly disappointed. I'll go back to meet with friends but I won't go back to eat there. The food thoroughly prepared and moist, but it w was s seasoned to what I'm used to. Give this place a shot, you might love it, it's not spicy and safe for bland taste buds.

Authentic Mexican food! Totally recommend the mole! Hand made tortillas fresh guacamole made in front of you! The alcohol drinks are so delicious! And I mean it's so artsy! Amazing modern/rustic architectural design throughout the restaurant
