Second Cup Café - Toronto
Second Cup Café
Description
Despite its potential as a beloved coffee haven, recent visits to a local Second Cup have been marred by cleanliness issues, particularly in the restrooms, and subpar customer service. Patrons reported unprofessional behavior from staff members, characterized by impatience and a lack of basic courtesy. Furthermore, confusion over operating hours left customers disappointed and frustrated. While the menu items like hot chocolate have met with mixed reviews, the overall hospitality experience has prompted many to seek alternatives. Unless significant improvements are made, loyal customers may reconsider their loyalty to this once-favored coffee spot.

Feedback
The restroom is extremely filthy and appears to have never been cleaned. The women's bathroom has been closed for a long time, and it looks like there are no plans to fix it. It's a shame because the overall atmosphere is really pleasant.
I love coming here every day for my morning coffee. I enjoy sitting outside at their great tables and chairs. However, I have some concerns about the staff. I rarely see any smiles; they often come across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. Once, when I requested double cups because the first one seemed flimsy, a worker sighed and rolled her eyes. Many of the customers here are seniors and deserve to be treated with respect. I hope management addresses this issue.
The bathroom is absolutely dreadful. The women's restroom was frequently out of order, and the Royal York location was just as bad. It's really disappointing because I used to enjoy this place, especially since I’m not a fan of other coffee chains. Unfortunately, I’ll have to add this one to my list of places to avoid. I just can't bring myself to eat or drink somewhere that is so unclean.
A place and location were in 27 years. it was good to visit and be back in the opposite. they save the region humbertown.
