La Prep is a fantastic fast-casual restaurant located on the North-East side of Bloor Church. The interior space is comfortable, filled with natural light, and has a variety of seating options including tables, chairs, and single settees. The counter offers lunch combos that include sandwiches, wraps, soups, and salads for a reasonable price, as well as snacks.

I would not usually write a review for a lunchtime only restaurant but they go above and beyond. I watched this restaurant open and avoided it since I didn't need another sandwich shop. I finally broke down and went in. The selection of food was good , not just sandwiches. The food was fresh and the service was really good even for a cafeteria style place. I now go in a weekly basis and don't get bored by eating the same thing all.

They burnt my panini because the girl put it on the grill and then went on breakI asked for a new one and they collectively lost their minds.

I work in the office above La Prep and this was my second time visiting. I ordered a Pinacolata smoothie, but the server added basil without my consent. I paid $4.75 and when I tried the smoothie, it tasted terrible - oily and watery. I went back down to the counter to speak with the server, but he just pointed to a poster and said that was the recipe. I explained that it didn't taste right, but he dismissed my complaint. I asked for a refund, but he rudely told me not to come back. He eventually gave me my money back, but not before loudly stating that I was the only one with an issue. If you want to experience poor service, go to La Prep. I will be filing a complaint.

I typically don't write reviews for restaurants that are only open for lunch, but this place really impressed me. Despite initially avoiding it because I didn't need another sandwich shop, I eventually gave in and decided to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of food options available, not just sandwiches. The food was fresh and the service was excellent, even though it's a cafeteria-style setting. I now visit this restaurant on a weekly basis and never get tired of the menu.
