Although the place is not completely vegan, 80 of the menu is vegan and all desserts and drinks are too. They also brew their own kombucha. Linio is located about 5 minutes from Akebonobashi Station, atmosphere is clean and cozy and staff are attentive and nice food is quite healthy (and there is a bit of protein), but I still enjoyed my meal. I had the vegan Allurice court as I always wanted to try. I was very surprised to see that 80 of their lunch menu is vegan, and tried to choose from the menu. Maybe they will be 100 vegans in the future. Will try to eat here sometimes as they have nut roasts and more interesting items for their dinner menu.
