Amazing spot to grab a drink, snack and coffee
I was excited to go to this cafe and get some work done on my computer and have some drinks and a meal. The food was quite good and the drinks were also nice. The staff seemed nonchalant and kind of like the treatment you would get at Supreme. Like they were too cool. So it has a stoic, impersonal very wanna-be high tech place because it had a 3D printer. Saying that, I don't know why the staff did not smile or act like they enjoyed their job. For Japan, where customer service is very polite, this made the atmosphere feel very unwelcome and the staff didn't look happy or like they enjoyed their jobs.
料理はとても美味しく、ご飯の量がもう少しあればより満足できたと思った。 ひよこ豆のカレー それよりも定員の質が非常に悪く、お店に入った瞬間から特に挨拶もなく失敗したかもという気分にさせられた。 ホワイトミルクティーが気になり、レジの男性に「ホワイトミルクティーはどんな飲み物ですか」と聞くとその場で考えたのが丸見えで「ティーにミルクを入れて甘くしてます。めっちゃ甘いです。」と言われ、その横にも別の店員がいたのにも関わらず、助け舟を出すわけでもなく手元の作業に戻る始末。 まぁ自分で気になったし注文してみようと思い飲んでみると、ピーチティーのような風味があり、甘さはかなり控えめでフォームのミルク感が非常に強いと感じた。 なので、その後料理を持ってきてくれた新人らしき女性の店員に「ベースのお茶は何ですか」と聞くと「確認してきますね」と言われ、その後すぐ戻りピーチティーの様なフレーバーティーだということを説明してもらった。 レジ周りはお店の顔なわけだから、知識がある人が入るべきだし、勉強中であるなら適当な対応をせずきちんと確認するべきだと感じた。 最後に可愛いグラスとお皿だったのにサイズが合っておらず傾いていて、その上お皿に水垢が残っていて不愉快だったことも付け加えておく。 The food was very good, and I felt I would have been more satisfied if the portion of rice had been slightly larger I had the chickpea curry . However, the quality of the staff was disappointing, and from the moment I walked in, I was not greeted, which immediately made me feel that I might have made a mistake by choosing this place. I was curious about the White Milk Tea, so I asked the man at the till what kind of drink it was. It was obvious he was trying to come up with an answer on the spot, and he simply said, “It’s tea with milk and it’s very sweet.” Another member of staff was standing next to him, but instead of offering any help, they simply returned to what they were doing. Since I was interested, I decided to order it anyway. When I tried it, it had a peach-tea-like flavour, the sweetness was quite mild, and the foamed milk was very strong. Later, when one of the newer members of staff brought over my food, I asked her what the base tea was. She said she would check, and quickly returned to explain that it was a flavoured tea similar to peach tea. As the area around the till represents the face of the shop, I feel that someone with the appropriate knowledge should be stationed there. If a member of staff is still learning, they should not give vague answers, but check properly instead. Finally, although the glass and plate were very pretty, they did not fit together well and were tilted, and there were water marks left on the plate, which I also found unpleasant.
Great spot to work. Coffee was great! Everything was just a little expensive tho. The burritos are too cold. Love the ginger coffee!
