It’s disappointing to see how much this restaurant has declined in quality. It feels like there’s been a change in ownership or something similar, and the results are not good. Even the drinks have taken a turn for the worse, and the food is just not up to par anymore. It used to be excellent, and I’m not sure what went wrong.

The customer service was terrible. I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes with no updates or communication.
