The server who attended us lacked personality and was not particularly friendly. Her demeanor was quite expressionless, as if she would rather be elsewhere. This was my first visit to Chipotle, and based on this experience, it may very well be my last. The food was underwhelming for the $33 charge for two steak bowls that my son and I received.
I visited Chipotle recently and noticed that they have increased their prices, which I can understand. However, I expected the level of service to at least stay the same, if not improve, but unfortunately, it has declined. I ordered a side of salsa, and to my dismay, it was barely filled halfway! That's just unacceptable. My other food items were also served with very little. I'm not pleased about paying more for less food. Additionally, the cashier seemed unsure of what she was doing. They really need to provide better training for their staff to ensure they can perform their jobs correctly.
