Each person had their own selection of hot & cold, savoury and sweet delights.I loved the beetroot tart and the lemon tart. There were mini scones and a good selection of mini sandwiches too.We'll definitely be back.

I especially liked the Australian truffle, young cows cheese, mushrooms and scrambled eggs. The scones were good too! Do book ahead if u r visiting.

I was able to book online and received a follow up phone call within an hour to let me know the available menu, which I appreciated. The service was really friendly, appropriate and accommodating. The food was...spectacular! Everything was local or house made, from the churned butter to the halloumi, ricotta and smoked items. The pâté was the best we have ever had, the lamb was melt in your mouth and each course the portion sizes were perfect. The attention to detail, knowledge that staff had when presenting the food and explaining was great. It was a taste sensation! Having experienced lots of ‘rushed’ eating experiences recently at other venues it was so nice to feel relaxed and have courses delivered in an appropriately timed manner. The wine selection was also very good and staff were also very knowledgeable when suggesting a single glass option. The value for money is and we have spent hundreds more on very comparable experiences. Overall we had a surprisingly spectacular afternoon and already have plans to go back!

The se... read more We were a group of ladies celebrating a friend's birthday and booked the Harvest Lunch at a table outside on the verandah. It was absolutely sensational! The service was excellent with great communication by phone and email at the time of booking...and excellent table service on the day, friendly and very accomodating. We had some dietary restrictions with a few in our group (vegan, vegetarian, coeliac fructose intolerant) and these were catered for in as special a way as those that had none (I did let them know in advance at the time of booking). The Harvest lunch was very special. Every dish was presented beautifully, some with edible flowers! We enjoyed tasting things we have not tried before and everything was delicious. And there was plenty of it. You do not need to fear going home hungry, there were courses (starter, snack, entree and main). I have been to wineries in the hills and paid more for less. We had coffee to finish, but no one had room for selecting from the dessert menu (separate to the Harvest menu). We thoroughly enjoyed the special occasion with the Harvest Lunch. Then we popped out to the nursery to get some plants. (Newman's Nursery is one of the best in Adelaide in my opinion Fantastic long lunch afternoon, highly recommend!
