Was spoken to very rudely by one of the staff on Saturday, yelled very rudely at me and my family through the speaker and just had the absolute worst attitude I've come across for quite a long time.. food was also cold and below average.I havnt been here for quite a long time and now I remember why I've made a complaint once again and am waiting for the manager to contact me, which can take over a week from previous... Just now had a pretty bad experience ordering drive thru here. Call taker was polite but did take a few minutes before arriving, and when we went to collect our order it was wrong. When we tried to ask about the incorrect order, the person serving us rudely told us that it was what we ordered and proceeded to ignore us as we tried to clear the situation. As if that wasn 't enough, the burger I paid good money for was mediocre and barely a few bites with soggy cold chips that had zero seasoning. Will not return unless changes are made. Had nothing but good experiences going to this bk ,compared to hamilton. Although I only use drive through. Would recommend.
