On 31.10.2022 we were again shopping at Ikea. There was not all the information occupied, so we asked where to turn. The employee was somewhat unstoppable and explained that they would go to the sofa department. There was a real surprise. Absolute naughtyness as it is handled with customers! The latest experience: due to a strike, returns are not possible. I drive 20km through the city, carry a 3.5m long parasol over the parking lot (not to mention from the transport in the car, only to know that for 3 days you cannot make any complaints, returns, etc. Shopping goes without problems. This will be ensured. In this context, it is clear: there are no dedicated return staff. This usually makes the same people clear, but since complaint management is one of the basics of customer support, that should be possible for every employee. And there were employees, otherwise no shopping would have been possible. So, once again, an absolute disappointment and honestly also a wickedness. I absolutely cannot recommend the store. If Ikea and if Munich, then better drive to Eching, even though there is not everything gold that shines. ;

In September I was already on the kitchen planning in Brunntahl, but the employee failed to store the finished planning. I filled out an appointment for kitchen planning online yesterday. Today I got a call in which I was told that my appointment was canceled as I cannot enter the house. The fact that another appointment is necessary in the business is absurd and not evident from yesterday's schedule. Around 19:37-19:40 I had the experience of a very friendly employee of your company who advised me to buy my kitchen from another company. She started before I could say something. Is such a behavior normal to the customer in your home?
