The only slightly strange thing was the person placing the drink in the pickup area did not call out the names on the order. So if you were waiting for an order you had to check when a new cup was placed in the pickup area. Not a big deal but slightly annoying.

Service was terrible. Not a single one of us out of five people got our order without going up to the counter to ask for it after waiting 20 minutes. One of us... read more Service was terrible. Not a single one of us out of five people got our order without going up to the counter to ask for it after waiting 20 minutes. One of us only received 3 hash browns. Someone didn’t pick up their large drink and one worker poured the drink into a small cup and gave it to us. One worker was on their phone instead of taking orders or fulfilling them. It was so bad I would give it a zero, but I can’t, so I give it a one.
