What Eric Arellano doesn't like about Bibiano’s Mexican:
This Mexican/Latino restaurant was highly recommended to us. On first entering during the lunch period, servers greeted, and sat our table immediately. Menus and drinks were delivered to the table shortly there after. The sad part was the food. Red salsa and chips were good. Waited over an hour at lunch for our order. Few people in there. I had one tostada and beans. My partner had a taco tostada and beans and rice. No excuse. We were ready to leave when it showed up. One hour after ordering. My food was cold. My partner wanted Carolinas and I said oh let's give this place a second chance. First time not as bad but not good. That is it for me. They also charge a service fee. Ugh
Okay chimichonga was good but the rice was plain and to moist

Everything was amazing. Chaynna helped us out. She was very nice with great customer service.
We usually dine in service is always great food too. The past 2 times we've ordered out and was extremely disappointed. Both times the food was undercooked cheese wasn't even melted and was cold. We didn't get the sides that actually were supposed to come with the meals. The chimechunga burrito went up in price but was literally all tortilla. I don't mind paying a bit more but please at least give me what I'm paying for. $20.00 for a burrito is a bit pricy when all your getting is a tortilla. Sorry I feel you guys could do better on your take out.
