In itself, the atmosphere up there is really cool. Prices are more expensive than in other locations, probably due to location. What really bothers me here is the one who has to beg for money on the toilet. Prices are more expensive enough to pay him and the rest of the staff who clean the toilets.
The meadow up there is pure rip off ... a vesper board for the entire table for 18,80€ per person. No cunning or insight from the chef. Very unsympathetic.
Location looks great. With the sand, it really works like in a holiday area. The view is beautiful. I also accept that the drinks are a bit more expensive than usual, I think you pay for the mood. But what is very disturbing me is the wc type on the toilet that constantly bets for a euro. Personally, I didn't have the impression that he was busy there, but was only hired to make a little more money for visitors. He didn't seem to have another job, because the Zewas were always empty when I was on the toilet.
Its a good place to hang around.
The view is wonderful, the sand is white soft, and the Flammkuchen is yummy. Cocktails, on the other hand...I've had better. Bathrooms are gross, even with the attendant. The floors were saturated and it felt gross to walk on them. There are some cute porch swings for two and the ceiling inside is covered in (fake) pink flowers. Nice atmosphere and my kids enjoyed playing in the sand.
