It was a bit chilly for our visit though, so we sat inside the charming little restaurant. The service was perfectly friendly, and the main waiter spoke enough english to make it work. Unfortunately they didn't have menus printed in english, but the menu on the website is pretty much up to date, and can easily be translated by Google beforehand (which is what we did). Unfortunately none of us were feeling very adventurous, so pretty much everybody had and enjoyed the schnitzel, although the people who tried the pork cheek and the perch-pike (zander) filet both polished them off happily as well. All in all a nice place for a meal, just make sure you translate the online menu before you go (unless you speak German of course)!Also worth noting; they have a decent little parking lot with about two dozen spaces, which is rare for restaurants in Mohringen from what I can tell.

It was a bit cool for our visit, so we sat in the charming little... restaurant. The service was perfectly friendly, and the main waiter spoke enough English to work it. Unfortunately, they have no menus printed in English, but the menu on the website is quite up-to-date, and can easily be translated by Google before (what we did). Unfortunately, none of us felt very adventurous, almost everyone had and enjoyed the scavenger, although the people who tried the pork cheek and the perch-pike (zander) fillet, both they were also happy polished. All in all a beautiful place for a meal, just make sure you have the online menu before you go (without speaking German naturally)!
