I ordered shrimp with garlic sauce but was instead served shrimp with broccoli and vegetables in a spicy pepper sauce—far from the traditional garlic sauce I expected. Additionally, the Moo Shu chicken I ordered arrived as chicken with cabbage and vegetables in brown sauce, missing the classic oyster sauce and scrambled egg that I love. It’s becoming increasingly hard to find a Chinese restaurant that prepares traditional dishes properly. Too often, it’s just meat and vegetables in brown sauce. Disappointing!

When I called to address the issue, hoping they would make it right, I was met with an argument instead. They refused to take any responsibility and even suggested that my taste was incorrect and that the shrimp was fine. I was shocked by the ignorance and rudeness I encountered.
