Flam's Freres from Strasbourg Menu

What User likes about Flam's Freres:
restaurant type winstub on the floor and more modern at the bottom (jolie deco,) we have enjoyed the flambée pie formula at will as well as the children's menus at a price challenging any competition. The pies are good and served at a correct pace (the time to finish the previous ones) with a smile. When we had finished our third flam, the next tables were 10 minutes after we were still not served. a couple even left after the first flam because ras-le-bol to wait. So a board, you have to come early if you're in a hurry. The cleanliness of the restaurant is to be seen because it was really not clean. a good blow of lock, cleaning windows and tables would be necessary. If you want a quiet meal, go your way because the restaurant is very noisy.

The place is nice and has several seats, if at the entrance they ask you if you have booked because there is no place asked to go under (as we understood are lazy to open to the customers the underground rooms). I recommend the menu with 13 euros you have a sort of all you can eat (choose between 4 types of filling) including dessert. air conditioning is not very effective, you suffer a little warm! however to try for an economic meal.

We had to wait for our drinks and our food forever. When this came, I was served a flammable cake with a goat cheese and a honey, but without a speck. I had not ordered any vegetarian variants. on my demand, where the speck would be, I received the answer, which would unfortunately be out. I pointed out that not simply without info the ordered flame cake can be served without the speck, but they should have given notice that speck is out and need to ask if one wants to choose another. the service has only gotten a little bit and hoped that I will let myself go, but I insisted that it doesn't work and we were not charged the flame cake without speck.The food itself was of super quality and the prices are really great, especially in comparison to the rest of straßburg - only the long waiting time was very annoying and we then have to wait for a sweet, flame-free cake.

Nothing, we ate 3 flam's four beers and two small salads a bottle of water and an apple dessert. .... 50€ .I am of havingife and I am used to eating much better ,any guachinche of the island gives a thousand rounds to these restaurants and at half price but well we are where we are .....the girls of the restaurant are very nice .... ..... we invited to coffee and everything ....

If you are looking for cold-burned pie I recommend them.Hormis a friendly staff I do not recommend in any case. extreme waiting times between the flashes that are cold. The funny thing is that even coffee was cold.
