We had lunch here. Everything was fresh and tasty. The selection was wide. The atmosphere is cafeteria-like.
The food here is terrible, just don't eat here! Basically school dinners (and bad school dinners at that). The catering staff are also very rude, when I asked what the choice of 3 dishes were they simply said "chicken, fish or pork" refusing to give any more information about the sauces they were in or anything else. How they have the cheek to show the photos they do of their choice and presentation of food I do not know.
Our group was partly housed in this hostel. Good value for money. Very clean. Food was normal institutional. Reception staff was friendly but not very effective. Be sure to verify what you are charged for.
I do not recommend this hostel. In the shared rooms there is no private locker and if you are going to store your luggage in the hostel, they give you the keys and you access all those that are stored, which generates the risk of someone stealing from you. In terms of security, this hostel is very bad. I don't recommend it.
I just loved it, great location, walking distance to the Christmas market. Staff members are helpful and friendly. The room are, nice, clean. The breakfast is delicious
