Wendy's - St Rose

If there had been ANYwhere else close by, I would not have gotten food here. One of the dirtiest places I've ever been. The ketchup dispenser was just sitting half open, there were no napkins, and no cup lids. The chicken on my sandwich and the fries were old. ?

Eh. Fries wsren't hot. Didn't have the spicy chicken I ordered so they subbed a regular. Didn't offer any concession. For the price, might as well spend a couple bucks more for a real meal.

Visited this establishment on 11/2/2023 and the doors for the inside were closed at 9:30am. We called and they stated only drive thru was open. We explained to them that we were in a semi truck and couldn’t go thru the drive thru because we wouldn’t fit. The hours of operation show the inside opens at 6 am. Highly disappointed.

Jan 8, 2024. Pulled up to the store and the door was locked at 5:30pm. I stopped at the drive-thru and asked, and the side by drive-thru was open. The floor was slippery AF. Like they were trying to compete with McDonald's for the most slip and falls. The floor was just ridiculous. They didn't have the chocolate Frosty. The lemonade was out. The menu board was blacked out, so I couldn't look at the menu to order. I tried to open the app and it wouldn't work, like always. But we were greeted by the cashier which was a good thing.

The food was good. Wendy 's is my go to for a decent fast food burger.I went to pick up a mobile order and my son is the most amiable person I know, sweet as pie. He was taken aback by the vitriol the woman working the window had. She described something they were out of and called it a name we were unfamiliar with. She seemed exasperated, annoyed, and generally upset about something. He said to me, If she didn 't wanna come to work today she shoulda stayed home! My son very rarely gets annoyed. She completely turned a basic interaction into one that left the customer (us) dazed and confused. Too early in the morning for such annoyance.On the other hand, this Wendy 's is easy to get to and has lots of parking. I will be back, but I 'll cross my fingers that the next person at the window is happier.
