Burger was cold and stale, stale cold fries, old chicken nuggets. I'm pretty much just done with Wendy's. The dining room was dirty with trash and food on the tables and floor, the drink machine was filthy and had no ice. Total waste of $15.00. I'm disgusted. Work all day, just wanted a burger. I just feel ripped off.

Wendy 's is my go to for a decent fast food burger.I went to pick up a mobile order and my son is the most amiable person I know, sweet as pie. He was taken aback by the vitriol the woman working the window had. She described something they were out of and called it a name we were unfamiliar with. She seemed exasperated, annoyed, and generally upset about something. He said to me, If she didn 't wanna come to work today she shoulda stayed home! My son very rarely gets annoyed. She completely turned a basic interaction into one that left the customer (us) dazed and confused. Too early in the morning for such annoyance.On the other hand, this Wendy 's is easy to get to and has lots of parking. I will be back, but I 'll cross my fingers that the next person at the window is happier.

The ketchup... read more If there had been any other nearby options, I definitely wouldn't have chosen to eat here. This is one of the dirtiest places I've ever encountered. The ketchup dispenser was left half open, there were no napkins available, and there were no lids for the cups. The chicken on my sandwich and the fries tasted old.
