The front desk receptionist( Casandra) was top notch. Very friendly and welcoming I travel a lot for work and I appreciate the positive attitude. There is a nice pool and good sized hot tub that is indoor in a atrium like room. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but the woman working needed help. She was running around forgetting things, but I think it was because she was serving so many customers. May work... View all feedback.
What Cjt doesn't like about Doubletree By Hilton Minneapolis Park Place:
Added things that I did not purchase to my bill, did not add second adult to my reservation despite there being a case with hilton to do so, did not upgrade to preferred room. Customer service abysmal. Would not stay again. View all feedback.

Love this place. Love the hot tub and pool area. The restaurant and bar mediocre and super expensive.
I previously paid for 3 nights. Double Tree by Hilton decided to bill me again. WheI made numerous attempts to contact them, they failed to respond. Will be filing complaint with BBB and Hilton Headquarters for malfeasance and deceptive business practices.
The hotel was very nice. I was only very upset and then disappointed when my wife yelled from the bathroom that a mouse had ran across her feet after getting out of the shower. I brought this little guy downstairs to show the staff and their absolute final offer was one free breakfast and a different room. No no, not an upgrade, but a different room. Nice hotel if you don’t mind having friends in your room. P.S we did bring the little dude outside.
