When my meal arrived there was a... read more We dropped into this restaurant after a day downtown. It was the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had in this city. When my meal arrived there was a long dark hair across the salad bowl, and extending onto the rest of my food. The waitress took it back without much of an apology. When my second order finally arrived, the salad was tasteless, and the bbq chicken taquitos were bland. I left half of the meal on the plate. My husband ordered a burger and fries... a difficult meal to mess up, except they did. The burger was not the one he ordered and was covered in mayo, and his fries were overcooked. We received no discount on this repulsive meal. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

Let me... read more I have been at this Jungle Jim's location several times and usually enjoy it there. The last time however I went for some nachos and chicken quesadillas. Let me start with the nachos they brought out the wrong ones first there was ground beef on them I ordered Tex Mex Chicken so my server Maria fixed took them back and got the right ones. Trouble is there wasn't enough to them not much cheese on them at all and the chicken was pretty much invisible it was that small. I like nachos but will never be ordering these again. Now the Chicken Quesadillas were another story there wasn't very much filling in them at all and I was really disappointed with them too. You guys really need to pull up your socks down there.
