What Roberts I dislikes about Aviles:
Finding the restaurant was quite a challenge since it's located inside the Hilton. I entered through the entrance marked by a sign and ended up at the check-in desk. I stopped to ask someone for directions, who turned out to be an employee of the restaurant. My husband and I have been to Avila’s restaurant several times. It’s not only the most amazing food, but Peter who served us! He is simply amazing, he is the glue that holds that place together and this hotel needs to understand what a GEM Peter is! Thank you again for another wonderful experience! I really hope that this establishment reads this and pats him on the back because he deserves it!
We stayed here 2 nights and did dinner both nights and room service for breakfast. The service was amazing, and the server remembered our preferences from the day before. The quality and flavor of the food we were served was top notch and we will definitely go back next time we’re in St. Augustine

Aviles Restaurant is truly one of my favorite restaurants- food service is fantastic! The Avacodo Toast was truly delicious! Restaurant is beautifully decorated w/ Spanish tiles ironwork- it reminds me of authentic Spanish design. Aviles brings greatmemories of my time in Spain!!
