2017 dez 01 at about 9 o'clock I took my mother to the coffee, as my father was in the local hospital. my wife and I hold in and pick up our coffee beans here o... read more 2017 dez 01 at about 9 o'clock I took my mother to the coffee, as my father was in the local hospital. my wife and I hold in and pick up our coffee beans here once all the few weeks and drive through the trip three... quick often to get coffee on the way to our children hockey games and practices. I will say that we are really very satisfied with the customer service here. but this morning we went in and the girl apparently worked to chat through commanding after standing at the place for a minute, she finally recognized our presence and asked what she could get us. I gave her our order and she continued to drink and got our order ready. I saw that it was busy as a result I said that her pretty busy, I asked her if it didn't matter to her when it slowed down when she could ring in two pounds of coffee with my order, and drag me on two pounds of coffee if the dinge for her slowed down as we would stay for the next 20 minutes. she said rudely, I am really busy with the running gear thru, and I politely said I notice that no hurry, but if it doesn't matter to them to ring it now and come to him when the dinge on them slow down, she refused and said I won't take her money immediately when there was slow dinge, and I said it was that it was obvious that the customers on the drive thru were more important than my business at the time. I tapped my card and my mom and I had our coffee and muffin for the next 30 minutes or so. a second girl began a few minutes later and appeared shortly after that. . she did not come to us at any time and asked if she could help us, or perhaps take my order now. as a result when we were finished, I went past the cash register without line up and out into my car without getting my coffee. because of this experience I can drive from now on to 50 meters via the partie to the stars. it is a shame how the rudeness of a coworker can destroy many years of customer loyalty that can spend about 100.00 per month in a business. I hope the owner reads this and addresses at least some customer service training with this particular employee.
