I absolutely loved the chili nachos; they were incredibly delicious and satisfyingly filling. I can't believe they're vegan! The Caesar salad was also packed with flavor, and the chocolate chia mousse topped with coconut cream was simply divine. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

I purchased some gift cards here for Christmas presents. I enjoy giving local gifts, and KB& Co is based in Edmonton. I was pleasantly surprised by their promotion: when you buy a $50 gift card, you receive an additional $10 bonus card.

I was a bit confused when I walked in. The register is at the far end, but a woman greeted me as I entered, so I assumed I would order there. That’s not the case—you actually have to go to the far end to place your order. We tried the BLT sandwich and the taco wrap. I was really looking forward to the BLT, but it was disappointing. It had spinach instead of lettuce, the bread wasn’t toasted, and overall it didn’t meet my expectations. Thankfully, the taco wrap was delicious; without it, we probably wouldn’t return. The place was clean, but the food is pricey. I paid $34.66 (including a $5 tip) for two sandwiches. I understand that good vegan food can be costly, but this might put off some customers.

Kb&co is fantastic! I've visited several of their locations, and I especially love the one in St. Albert. My favorite dish is the Smoky Caesar salad—it's an absolute must-try!
