Subway - Spruce Grove

We ordered skip the dishes from Century location in Spruce Grove, I double checked the receipt, then charged me for 2 combos, but only sent one combo. She tried to lie about how much I was charged for, but the receipt don’t lie. When she finally admitted they charged me for 2 combos, she said next time I’m in the area they will look into it. I asked her to get skip to deliver it to my house. She told me they would never do that. So basically they just stole my money.And they were super rude about it.Save your money, go to another location

Poor service. They seem to have a problem understanding English. Also food did not live up to TV commercials.

Im a vegetarian and i told them i wanted no meat on my sub and after making a turkey sub for someone else and touching so much ham she made my sub immediately after without changing her gloves while grabbing my cheese and veggies. grossed me out. They weren’t very kind either, seemed really irritated we were there asking them to do their job

I go here a whole lot and the ladies in there are super friendly and almost always know my order. Love coming here!
