I chose the 15-wing meal with original hot and garlic parmesan flavors, and both were bursting with flavor. The extra sauces on the side were a lovely addition, and the seasoned fries paired perfectly with the wings. I have no complaints—everything was fresh and delicious. This place definitely deserves my 5 stars. It’s a winner every time, although I know the quality of food can be hit or miss at other places.

The customer service is absolutely terrible, and the wait times are equally frustrating. When you inquire about your order's wait time, the staff responds with an attitude. If you're unhappy in your job, maybe it's time to find a different one. Nobody forced you to work in fast food. A little respect goes a long way.
