Hosomaki with tuna Smack Grill. Meat calzone I'll start with the positive. Hosomaki tuna is simply amazing. The proportions of rice and fish are perfect! Smak Grill, the taste is great, but the size. It is not convenient to eat them with chopsticks; when soaked in the sauce, they simply fall apart. And putting the whole roll into your mouth is quite a task. But the Calzone... ruined everything! Firstly, some ingredients are not added. Secondly and thirdly, the dough... In itself, it’s not tasty and definitely not suitable for pizza, and most importantly, 1/3 of it was definitely raw. It is impossible to eat this. Conclusion: if your rolls can be given a 5 at a stretch, then in 10 years you still haven’t learned how to work with dough. In principle this is normal. There are no universal cooks who can cook everything EXCELLENTLY.
