The hotel is old end mislake a comunication. Old rooms. Very rude staff at the reception. Caos at the pool. People from outside make a kaos. No AC in the Tooms.... read more The hotel is old end mislake a comunication. Old rooms. Very rude staff at the reception. Caos at the pool. People from outside make a kaos. No AC in the Tooms. No shower, just a bathtub. Old beds. They treat guests like you do not want yiu to come back. No very pleasant experience. Not worth the money you pay

We arrived at this hotel on 23 December, 4 days stay, we found parking at the rear, food is good at they’re own restaurant with live music, nice swimming pools... read more We arrived at this hotel on 23 December, 4 days stay, we found parking at the rear, food is good at they’re own restaurant with live music, nice swimming pools and salted thermal waters, the staff wasn’t to friendly at reception, waitress in the restaurant some good and not so good, if you sit at Tibi’s table than you are lucky. Level 1 rooms are cold so when you are coming out from the hot thermal water, you maybe frizzing as they are not changing you robe during your stay. Last day check out is at 11, so we headed back to our rooms at 10:40 and our entry access cards where already blocked so we need it to go down to reception to get access again

The service was only good once when a guy served. When we got the sassy ladies, they did not even serve the complete order and when they were asked for something, the answer was when I have time.
