Auf der Speisekarte gibt es eine gute Auswahl, die Preise bewegen sich im mittleren Bereich, sind aber für diese Lage und vor allen Dingen für das was man geboten bekommt, absolut gut.Das Lokal bietet die ganze Woche über Tagesangebote an, die sehr günstig sind.Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Bei jedem neuen Gast wurde die große Tafel mit den Tagesangeboten vom Personal an den Tisch gebracht.Es gab kostenloses Brot und Knoblauch Soße als Vorspeise, das war sehr lecker.Die Fleischgerichte an den Nachbartischen sahen sehr gut aus und die Portionen waren sehr groß.Unsere 2 Pizzen und das Zanderfilet war nach 15 Minuten da und alles war sehr gut. Meine Pizza war normal groß, die Bambini Pizza für meine Schwiegermutter war für 4,50 Euro auch noch recht groß und das Zanderfilet war riesig und super nett auf einem länglichen Teller angerichtet.Die Toiletten waren sauber, gepflegt und haben frisch gerochen.Nach dem Essen gab es noch wahlweise einen Schnaps oder Likör auf Kosten des Hauses. Insgesamt hat es uns hier hervorragend gefallen.

After spending a whole day in Wuppertal we took the Schwebebahn ( public transport, a kind of tram in the air hanging at a railsystem) to the most southern stat... read more After spending a whole day in Wuppertal we took the Schwebebahn ( public transport, a kind of tram in the air hanging at a railsystem) to the most southern station Vohwinkel.We had decided to have a meal near the Zoo but when leaving the Station we saw a beautiful pub/ restaurant and went in.A very cosy and clean establishment, not only the tables but the toilets, the floor, the windows, everything was very clean. As we had two little children with us we were surprised that they offered us children meals as well. The meal was excellent. An old fashioned German schnitzel from the nicest meat in a nice sauce, with rösti and a very fresh salad and that for a very reasonable price.An excellent glass of beer was served with our meal.The next time I visit Wuppertal I know where to eat!
