I don't know about most songs that the DJ played, but once you heard Nikki Lauda, Jonny Depp and the Iceman you can't get them out of your head.

However things did warm up. Singing and dancing and a lot of laughter. 10 shots gets you a fluorescent vest. Before you know it tables are in competition to get the most vests. Great marketing. They also do a thing where 2 people drink multiple shots and get thumped on the head with bigger heavier implements between each one. Very funny to watch after 10 shots and a few beers. Everyone sang in the funicular. It was great fun.
