Started with the purslane salad with fresh figs drizzled in a strawberry vinegrette with their own almonds from their garden. Then had the grilled jumbo shrimp, stuffed mussels, squid, local lobster and finally a fillet of white grouper. The preparation was out if this world. You can not find this freshness anywhere.
