And because of that I cannot be too horse on my previous coworkers, but, going through the drive-thru was really slow and my sister said that it's always like that in the evening times.

I like Jack burgers but this time my bun was hard. I have dentures so its hard for me to bite tough food. I had to take the buns apart to get to soft bread so I... read more I like Jack burgers but this time my bun was hard. I have dentures so its hard for me to bite tough food. I had to take the buns apart to get to soft bread so I could eat it. I have given this Jacks another chance. Never again. We waited 7 min just for them to take our order in the drive thru, and advertised fish sandwich was no longer being served yet no one took down the signs. Food was early warm. Never again.

My mother-in-law ended up with diverti... read more We eat every week at Jack’s in Snead, Alabama; mainly the breakfast. 3 of our family members and a friend have been sick. My mother-in-law ended up with diverticulitis because of the food the rest of us had food poisoning. We don’t want anything out of this… just that y’all are aware of what’s going on. Because we want to enjoy our local Jack’s. But we’re now too scared to go back out there until it gets resolved.

Was not going to say anything at all but now I’m facing the consequences… I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on Wednesday because I decided you know what inst... read more Was not going to say anything at all but now I’m facing the consequences… I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on Wednesday because I decided you know what instead of cooking let’s go get Jacks well then my husband picks us up food and he gets home and I’m finally done cleaning and ready to eat… when I bite my damn sandwich is freakin raw!! It was Red not even pink… the next day I can not eat anything because my stomach keeps hurting and I can’t eat confortable without knowing that my stomach is going to hurt here we are 2 days later and now I constantly have to be going to the restroom because of freakin food poisoning that I got because of Jacks… I go to tell them and all they can say is sorry that they have a new cook… I look the cook is cooking on his own not even a young guy lol … if he can’t cook grilled chicken then he should get retrained or be observed don’t you think… Just watch out with Jacks burgers because you may have food poisoning afterwords Thank you Jacks in Snead I appreciate it
