The v... read more Unfortunately, the fries were greasy and had an unusual taste, making them nearly inedible. The bone-in wings lacked flavor and had an old, chewy texture. The vegetable slices were rough, and the only redeeming aspect was the boneless wings. However, even those left me with a bit of stomach pain afterward, making me question whether they were old or undercooked. Overall, it was not a good experience.

I can't help but remember the good old days when Wingstop truly delivered on quality. Although I did notice a staff member helping someone who was homeless, that doesn't change the fact that I won't be returning anytime soon due to this overall disappointing experience.

Horrible horrible customer service!! i ordered there today through door dash and they don 't have the option for spicy lemon pepper wings so i always call and r... read more Horrible horrible customer service!! i ordered there today through door dash and they don 't have the option for spicy lemon pepper wings so i always call and right away to make sure i can change the sauce i never have problems. today when i called this location the woman who answered was instantly rude to me. the first thing she said was THIS IS NOT DOOR DASH THIS IS WINGSTOP!! i told her i knew that ' i told her my name and what i needed. she kept asking me to repeat myself then finally 4 minutes later she tells me well WELL NEXT TIME MAKE SURE YOU ORDER IT RIGHT BUT ILL CHANGE IT FOR YOU THIS TIME!! that was literally so rude and i didn 't even feel comfortable with the order anymore i asked to speak to the manager she refused to put the manager on the phone then she thought she muted the phone n continued to talk about me. you can hear the manager saying okay about changing the wings with no problem but the lady was still pushing the issue. finally i speak with the manager she was nice n offered me ranch but i still felt so uncomfortable with the situation. i 've worked in management for years and that kind of behavior was totally unacceptable. despicable for NO REASON. she also sounded very heavily on drugs even the door dash driver suspected it mentioned she was smoking outside came in screaming that she burned her hair. i 'll definitely be calling corporate in the morning.

When I ord... read more I just walked out and got into my Lyft. Food smells great. I wanted to point out the extra care a worker took to make me feel like a valued employee. When I ordered my food, I mentioned that I was going to try to time it up with a Lyft that was comingfor me. The worker noticed a car pull in and asked if it was for me. I said yes and he went over and asked how long until mystuff was ready to give me an update. He was super respectful to his fellow employees and super thoughtful towards me. I thoughtthat was awesome, and it is something I will remember. I did not get the guy?s name, but he had glasses. He took my order around7:25pm on Tuesday. Appreciate you looking out for me!

I got the lemon-pepper seasoning. It kinda worked, but itkinda didn?t. The seasoning was light. Popeyes? chicken sandwich is better overall (better breading, better sauce, lessexpensive . I?d also rate Wendy?s chicken sandwich higher because for less money you get tomato, lettuce, and mayo, and it justtastes better. Overall not bad, but not that amazing.
