It's flat and holds together in a stretchy kind of awesome way. I like the Chicken, Steak and Tofusada. Ingredients are fresh and theQueso is a must!! The staff was super delightful and if I were to eat there, the dinning area was clean and had a decent amount of available free tables. I ended up with a bowl of rice, black beans, queso,chicken, hot sauce, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and jalapenos. I also got myself a bottle of Orange Vitamin Water.
