Chick-fil-a - Simpsonville

Dear Chick-fil-A, the long lines can be a bit annoying but it's clear that they are always busy and successful. I really enjoy the food and service when I visit, it's truly exceptional. Unlike other fast food places, Chick-fil-A deserves a 5-star rating!

It is easy to see Chick-fil-A tries very hard to be the best-in-class; I could see they listened and very quickly corrected a local procedural issue I communicated to them. Their food tastes great along with some healthier options and their service isgenerally unequaled. Ordering via the app is by far the way to go.

The food is good, the service was good. But it wasn?t flawless. The sandwiches were perfect. Nothing to complain about, but if I?m honest with you, the fries sucked. I actually regretted buying them. If it was just the sandos, 100% would have given it 5stars. But the 1 star fries kinda dropped it down.

This location is consistently the worst one I have ever been too. The service is always slow compared to other locations and today they gave us fried instead of grilled nuggets. Our fault for leaving without looking first, but it was the only thing weordered so how do you screw that up. If people in Simpsonville believe this is great service I sincerely feel sorry for them.

Why is this location ALWAYS filthy?! Tables, floors, and restrooms are always disgusting. The people are always kind and professional and their service is always exceptional but the cleanliness of the place is really off putting. I understand howbusy this location is but I also know that there should be a dedicated maintenance team at the store.
