I'm a fan of the latte and the associates usually provide good service.
On the afternoon of June 10th, I visited this shop for the first time. The staff member I interacted with was fantastic—very friendly and attentive to detail. I received exactly what I ordered, which prompted me to return the next morning on June 11th. However, I ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese but received two cold bagels, with the bottoms in one order and the tops in the other. Perhaps you might consider having the evening staff member oversee the morning shift. Just a thought!
(October 15, 2021 at 8:00am. First time here. The breakfast was good as usual. This location however was smaller than the previous one's I've been too. The customer service was ok. The timely manner in which the items were served was ok as well. IfI'm in the area I would go there again.
Most times I stop here for a coffee have never had any issues. Nothing remarkable just standard chain food and drink. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
I come here to get a large chai latte with two shots of espresso every other week or so. Usually they do a great job. But on weekends, the people working have no idea how to make anything so usually tasteful latte comes back to me with no taste at all. I don't usually spend $10 on a beverage for it to still just taste like cold coffee. I'd recommend MUCH MORE training for the weekend staff because I won't be coming back here on weekends unless they can give me what I ask for (and if I have to go back into the office on weekdays then there goes my business).
