My favorite Cuban restaurant! Pollo Crema Vedado and Snapper Tropicana are SOOOOOOO GOOD! I’m sad the Bethesda location doesn’t have them on the menu!!!! So delicious. I'm so happy to see this restaurant is still going strong! I was in a few years ago and ordered the avocado salad and Ropa Vieja. Both were lovely, but the Ropa Vieja was FANTASTIC so flavorful, with the perfect smokey pepper undertones. Welcoming, friendly and cozy, there?s ample seating amongst oil paintings and other decor. Staff is super kind and food is clearly all freshly made for each patron. The sangria is GOOD!highly recommend, especially to other silver springers that areconsidering going to dc for dinner. skip the traffic, the reservations and the disappointment and head here.
Delicious! It's my first Cuban food that I've ever had...and it is amazing! The plantain is so unique and tasty...the Pastelon de Carne Eloisa (plantain ontop of ground beef) and File de Pollo a la Parrilla (grilled chicken) areso good! Last but not leastthe Mojito grande...is The MUST HAVE...????????????????????????
