I came with my sibling and in total all the food we got with drinks were $58 we got boneless chicken 8 pieces it was $14 that by it self would be filling for one person it was very delicious I give the chicken a 4.9/5. We also got ddeokbokki with cheese that was so delicious we ate it with steamed rice I give it a 4.8/5. We also got a spicy chicken sandwich combo it was $11.95 that sandwich is so good I say it’s better than Popeyes chicken sandwich that is one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had I came back for that sandwich that gets a 10/5 for me I can not stress enough how good it is and for the amount you get for $11.59. It comes with a good amount of fries, a drink, coleslaw, two sauces one is ketchup and the sandwich. That sandwich can fill one person up on its own. We also got boba I give the boba a 3.5/5 the milk tea flavor is very soft I personally like it to be more stronger and the pearls and a little weird but it’s good. The person who served us was amazing she was so nice and lovely I would come back just for the customer severs. The atmosphere, customer service and food are amazing 10/10 recommend to come with a group of people the food is very filling and delicious. We both had left overs for later.
Seeing the positive reviews got me excited to give this bbq chicken location a try, but the food was just okay. I tried the wings, teokbokki, and matcha milk tea. The wings were decent and had a crunch, but it lacked that extra kick of flavor and sauce. The portion felt small for the price. The teokbokki was was not soft and chewy, so I'm guessing that it wasn't cooked long enough. I wasn't able to eat it because it was too hard so I took it home. The matcha milk tea did not taste like matcha at all(??? , and it was also overly sweet... The best part of the food experience was the fries. They were hot and crunchy. Service was prompt but nothing out of the ordinary. The location had a parking lot, and it opens late-ish so it's a good spot to hangout and grab food still. I want to say I came on a bad day, so I would say they deserve another chance.
The food is pretty good, which I would expect from a fast casual chain, but the service here is consistently garbage. We walked in to a completely empty restaurant around 6:55pm to dine in. The server was visibly annoyed that we wanted to stay and eat rather than do take out. Went to choose a booth. The four we looked at were dirty. The server kept suggesting that we move to alternative clearly not cleaned booths. Not like dirty plates but clearly not wiped down with bit of food and grease on the table top. I repeated that that those tables also weren't clean and was told by the server we could just do take out instead. So we just left to eat somewhere else.On other occasions the service has always been off or straight up bad. Not knowing how to make any mixed drinks when you have a full bar, only offering shots or poorly poured beer, and explicitly asking for cash tips rather than allowing the customer to pay by any means accepted. The food consistently delivers, but that's simply not enough to encourage me to come back.
Good food. Poor service that makes me never wanting to come back. Unfortunately this is the only location with my favorite, rose tteokbokki, so I rarely come here. Hoping the other locations start serving this dish soon. I rather go there instead.Have only dined in once but service was mid. Servers definitely seemed like they DID NOT want to be there. The old lady running the store by herself is also bluntly rude and slow. She can’t answer some simple questions about the menu and gets mad when we have some questions. I know it can get busy sometimes but the way she goes about handling it is just rude. This location needs better prep for their staff.
