But the manager knew who took it (they were still there) and told him that he knew the order wasn't his, why would he do that? She did another order for me (because the guy was going to give it back-of course I didn't want it anymore) and she said she was not going to make me take it. She made another complete order with extra meat and a drink.

The restaurant was clean, inviting, a... read more I recently had my first experience at Five Guys, and I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and tasty food. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and well-staffed. The employees were friendly and attentive, making a real effort to ensure I had an enjoyable dining experience. The highlight, of course, was the food. I ordered a burger and a hot dog, and both were incredibly delicious. The burgers were crafted from fresh, high-quality beef and cooked to perfection.
