Papa Johns Pizza - Shaker Heights

The delivery took one hour, with no apology given. The food arrived cold and looked unappetizing. Definitely will not be ordering from here again.

I placed an order for delivery and was told it would arrive in 50 minutes. After 75 minutes, I called and received a message saying the order was still confirmed for delivery. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, I called again and was informed that the kitchen was closed. My card was charged, but I never received my pizza. This was my first time trying Papa John's, and it will definitely be my last.

The delivery service is highly unreliable, starting with delays at the door. The food often arrives 40 minutes or more later than promised, even if an order was placed for a specific delivery time, and it arrives cold.

Terrible experience at this place. I ordered a large pizza and a 2 liter pizza. the pizza was delivered and it tasted bland. had hardly any sauce or cheese. I called a refund and spoke to the manager who refused to pay back because I ate some of them. I'm not gonna order from here again. the customer service is terrible and eating is bad.

Don't order a delivery order from this store. I order a delivery and they marked it as delivered and I didn't received an order. I called the store 20 times before they answer. All the told me is to make another order. Never buying from them ever..
