Mcdonald's - Seymour

We were charged $5 for water. We did NOT get soda from the machine and asked for cups for water and they charged my bill $5 for water. When confronted, the worker said it was protocol, whether we got soda or water it was $1 per cup. UNHEARD OF for McDonalds to charge for water from the tap! We did order other food items from the menu, just no one wanted soda and aske for ice water only. This in my opinion is NOT mcdonalds protocol to deny patrons basic water.

Stopped by this McDonalds while on a family trip, Its a Mcdonalds, but so odd that our family of 6 asked for just cups for water, and we were charged for like 10$ for cups... and when we called out the guy that most places by law give out cups for a basic need like water for free, he said its company policy they charge over a dollar for anything water related. so...

Was at this location with many others for the Apr 8th 2024 Eclipse. A 360 pic is attached in the Photos Videos section. It was 3pm quite dark. Look at the sun in the pic.

The absolute slowest and incompetent fast food restaurant I 've probably ever been to. Ordered 2 happy meals and waited over 30 minutes to get them. We ordered thru the App and watched 6 different cars pull into the parking lot after placing our order, order food and drive off before getting ours. Ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals and received 2 hamburger patties instead. No bun, just a plain patty in a box. This place is a joke.

I use this location late at night and always get good service.
