Well I stopped this morning and ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and an order of their bacon well I get to work and my bacon isn't in the bag and to be charged for something that wasn't in my bag doesn't sit well with me. do better Dunkin

When I got to the window, she... read more The drive-thru attendant was rather unfriendly. She spoke in a harsh tone and kept asking "What else?" after every item I ordered. When I got to the window, she just handed me the total without a smile or any real expression of gratitude. I didn’t even receive any napkins. Although she eventually said thank you, it felt insincere and was too late to make a positive impact. It’s evident that she could benefit from some training, as it seemed like she was having a bad day and didn’t prioritize the customer experience.

When I asked the staff to... read more If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I definitely would. They added so much cream to my coffee that it turned completely white. When I asked the staff to make it again, the guy rolled his eyes at me. However, when he remade it, it was just the same—basically a cup full of cream with hardly any coffee. To make things worse, our food was cold. Save your money and choose someplace else.

My sandwich was entirely cold, and given how long I had to wait in the drive-thru, there was certainly enough time to prepare it properly. My friend decided not to eat their sandwich at all after waiting for so long because it was both cold and rubbery.
