It was decent, but not exceptional, in my opinion. Whenever I’m traveling up North, I typically stop for Mexican food. I ordered the Chile Colorado, which in the South is usually made with square chunks of pork and has a bit of a kick. Update: The new ownership is doing great! Food , service charm is still on point. Every week we go out for Mexican and El Charro has become our go to. Their margaritas pack a better punch than others in the area which I really appreciate! Original review (all of it is still true): Always satisfied with my food and service. Friendly staff! They have the best fresh salsa in my opinion. Find myself craving it and stopping in to get chips and salsa togo all the time. So good!

The food was fantastic, and the place was bustling with activity. The servers put in a lot of effort! I wanted to order a second blended margarita, but they were out of them. What?! How could they be out?
Good local restaurant with tasty food
This place is connected to other companies, basically like a mini-mall . El Charro 's section doesn 't stand out....BUT THE FOOD DOES! Yummmm
