Minerva is a sports bar betting parlor just across the El Paso Juarez border. It is on the main strip on the corner just before you cross to return to the USA. It's a clean, safe, comfortable place with a large menu of good Mexican food, and a bar serving beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Great place to make bets
Good place to cool off enjoy sports, a beer, a great lunch. Try the green Chilaquiles!
