Minerva is a sports bar betting parlor just across the El Paso Juarez border. It is on the main strip on the corner just before you cross to return to the USA. It's a clean, safe, comfortable place with a large menu of good Mexican food, and a bar serving beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Great place to make bets
It is very good you relax and enjoy a few moments very well
Nice, clean sports bar with a modern interior look. Tasty food and terrific service! The manager was very patient with my not so great Spanish speaking ability.Lots of TVs showing baseball, horseracing and whatever else was on. I would go back for sure. We didn 't place any bets, but from the look of how many others were wagering on sports, it seemed like an easy system.
Why do they make fun of customers?
Great place free food in the afternoon.
