Starbucks - Sarasota

The girls make our Sundays full of joy because they have such great personalities and happiness being at work! We love getting our amazing coffee every Sunday because of these amazing ladies! Thank you for all of the smiles and laughter while making our belly’s happy with your egg whites and seasonal coffees! And please don’t take away our seasonal coffees make them year-round so we can enjoy them all of the time.

Literally, one of the cleanest, and friendliest staffed Starbucks I’ve been to in years. Thank you to all of them for starting my day Friday off on a positive note. Pictured is a Summer Berry Lemonade, Starbucks Refresher.

Yesterday this Starbucks was having technical difficulties but that didn't stop them from serving up stellar service. Heather was so amazing from morning to evening. I called when I arrived to work about an error in my order. Several hours later, when I came through drive thru, Heather knew who I was just by my voice from that morning. She is definitely awesome... Bravo' Indeed .

RUDE as the music was blasted and staff is singing along as if it was a Karaoke session. Terrible managment.

Starbucks, “The popular coffee store”, but there is a serious problem with this coffee shop, the coffee is expensive and bad, sadly it's just a name, the cups are not defective once, they open the coffee and it is always and many times overflowing. You order the hot coffee as I normally drink it and you have a wait of 30 minutes to finally have a cold coffee, my particular experience is that it is only the reputation of expensive coffee because I have no other word to describe this, they give you two glasses, one on top of Another unpleasant thing, in any case, the coffee is thrown away, the cups are useless and the people who work there know it and do nothing about it, they are also not careful serving the coffee, they fill the cups so much that they open and all the coffee is thrown away and Apart from the poor quality of those glasses, my rating is bad for that reason I love drinking coffee but getting here is outrageous, please change the glasses.
