It used to be a bit uncomfortable to come here, but I've noticed significant improvements in the last few months. I really appreciate that the staff takes the time to remember my name and my orders. There have been times when I've waited a while on busy days, but I’m patient and wouldn't choose a busy spot unless I had extra time to spare. My coffee and food are consistently good too. I hope others will give it a try and form their own opinions, despite the negative reviews.

They really pay attention to my request for a "dark" toasted bagel and are quick with my orders.

Having managed a Dunkin’ for at least two years, I’ve never encountered so many issues in a single visit. The store was dirty, including the Baskin-Robbins section. The staff seemed unable to properly charge customers. They attempted to charge me for two donuts just to add an extra pump of strawberry to my Coolatta. I also had to ask twice for whipped cream. After receiving my Coolatta, I tried to order two boxes of Munchkins, but I couldn't even complete the transaction because they couldn't ring them up correctly. I will never return to this Dunkin’. The one on Virginia Beach Blvd is the best in the area.
