Very irresponsible, I have an special event and did my reservation through booking.com, I follow up with a message directly to the hotel with my booking number and they cancelled my reservation because they are overbooked, then the hotel contacted me to tell me a person book the entire property at the same time I did my booking on line (23:00 hrs) showing prepotence and absence of respect, they didn’t honor my reserv... A beautiful place surrounded by a precious environment.
Very irresponsible, I have an special event and did my reservation through booking.com, I follow up with a message directly to the hotel with my booking number and they cancelled my reservation because they are overbooked, then the hotel contacted me to tell me a person book the entire property at the same time I did my booking on line (23:00 hrs) showing prepotence and absence of respect, they didn’t honor my reservation and practically kick me out. I planned to stay there for convenience but I prefer to stay in Antigua Guatemala in a professional property. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, they can cancel your reservation
