Truly delicious dishes. We tried, chicken tamales, steak (bistec a lo pobre) and fish stew (Pescado a lo Macho). All of them were on point. The tamales was the best I tried. On the fish stew I would have preferred more tender calamari, but otherwise fantastic dish. The steak was done at the requested doneness and was very tender. We got some alfajores to go, also incredible good. Service was on point, super friendly knowledgeable and gave us good recommendation for the appetizer.

Everything was delicious, tasted fresh and authentic. Our server Roberto was extremely helpful , and polite. I would definitely go again! Highly recommended!

We ordered Lomo Saltado, El borracho(chef's special), and pescado a lo macho. The Lomo Saltado had all of the condiments but hardly any beef. El borracho had a very nice presentation of the plate but was not sure about the taste. It was okay! And with el pescado a lo macho, it was very tasty and delicious. We recommend this dish completely.

This time I took my mom and we both always on the hunt for the best Peruvian food around and trying another of Emelinas locations to see if it's the same. Well it was and probably still my favorite and my moms new favorite. Also the service we got was super friendly. It's a far drive but definitely worth it. Got some anticuchos, the trio ceviche/causa/calamari and my mom tried the aji de gallina and I tried the seco de res con frijoles and washed It down with some chicha. All was delicious and reminds me of Peru. Gracias I'll be back soon! Parking: Pretty small parking but got lucky on a spot in front of the restaurant.

The menu features three dishes marked as vegetarian/vegan, which I believe are all vegan. I chose the saltado de vegetales, which I confirmed with the staff was indeed vegan. These dishes are clearly marked with a (w), but you can also ask for other items to be made vegan. The Maracuya potion and the cola were also delicious. I was very impressed and will definitely be back!

The portions were decent size except for the beef appetizer. We were not sure what to expect. It turned out to be just two skewers of beef. The service was lacking. There appeared to be a language barrier between us and the waiter. We had to ask numberous times for water and our check. Even though the restaurant was not crowded it took a while for the food to come out. All in all it was an average dining experience. I'm not sure that I would go back, but glad I did try it out.

The menu had a wide selection of seafood, but we ordered a mixed seafood stew that was completely tasteless and unremarkable. The ceviche appetizer was good, but we requested it to be mild, and it ended up almost too spicy to enjoy. The contrast between the flavorful appetizer and the bland main dish was striking. We definitely won't be returning. Ugh.

However, the dish had a great variety of vegetables and was very flavorful. It came with a small salad that seemed to be mostly raw onion and black pepper, which I chose not to eat. The paella also came with a spicy green chili sauce, making it a solid vegan option overall.
