I should have called ahead to make sure they had the right phone glass replacement because when I got there they didn’t have the right one in stock. But then I came back the next day and it only took 20 minutes to fix! I hope not to break my phone screen again but will definitely be going back here if I do

Asylgul is the best! She replaced my phone screen the same afternoon I brought it to her, even though another nearby place I had tried first didn't have the screen in stock due to supply chain issues. The screen ended up having some manufacturer defects, not FixBee's fault, and thanks to their one-month warranty, Asylgul replaced it again at no charge, and it has been working great. They really saved me because otherwise I would have had to mail my phone into the manufacturer and would have been without a phone for days!

Fast, good price. I went in for a battery replacement. Price was very reasonable and the work was carried out very quickly. No issues at all.

**Positives:** 1. The service was quick; I got my phone back in about 10-15 minutes while I waited, which was fantastic. 2. After making a deposit, they informed me that the replacement battery was out of stock. They promptly refunded my deposit, and when the battery became available, they didn’t require another deposit, so I didn’t have to keep coming in just to check on the stock. That was very considerate. **Negatives:** 1. I was initially quoted around $65 for the repair, but I ended up paying about $84. They explained that it included sales tax, but I don’t believe the labor costs are taxable. Even if the entire $65 was subject to tax, it shouldn't have added up to $84. Overall, I’m pleased with the swift repair and the effort they made to simplify the process for me. If I could give a rating of 3.5 stars, I would, but I’ll round it up to 4 stars.
