I also had a side of Mac n chee... read more Went to Grady's BBQ 4109 Fredericksburg and was disappointed. Had a Chicken fried steak that was dry, bland, rubbery, and chewy. I also had a side of Mac n cheese which was also dry and tasted like it was out all day. Overall the experience wasn't worth $60 for 3 people. This place is over priced for the quality (or lack of) of food and the portions given. Not to mention the runs (yes this means stomach issues i.e. on the toilet) I got after eating there. Was my first time going and I will never make the same mistake again.

Of what is pictured that I got it... read more For the first time eating here I will be going back. BBQ was hot and fresh. Brisket and chicken was juicy. Good fried pickles. Of what is pictured that I got it?s was all good. The side of condiments weren?t much but was the basics for your food comparedto others. They didn?t have utensils only spoons. Had to ask for straws and cutlery. The food was good that I can get past thesilverware. Use my hand for bbq anyways. They do have a drive thru in case you don?t want to dine in.

Service was friendly, always is! The food was outstanding. Had the catfish dinner and salad, so fresh. Took 1/2 ribs home for next day.
