She was also giving other customers a bad attitude when they couldn?t hear their order. I wasn?t able to get the name sheseems to be Filipino. She also said my order was a special that came with only a Pepsi.

I mentioned why isn 't the dining area open during your regular business hours? The manager just walked away and it was apparentshe was really annoyed because she slammed the cash register shut. She ended up allowing us to order but only take it to go.Upon ordering, we were informed that no original recipe chicken was avail.only extra crispy .Um ok...the there was no ice in theice machine. She.looked at my request for.ice cubes as if haven 't you done enough? lol. By the time we left there weremultiple other people eating in the closed (for us) dining room. Look just because people have a bike doesn 't mean we arehomeless. Treating customers like that is unacceptable. And plz get your.store in order and at least be comparable.to everyother KFC Ive.ever visited.

They lo... read more I used to love their chicken wings. Not anymore. I don't know what's happened but they have the smallest chicken wings in the world. Unbelievably small. They look like they came off of a parakeet. Given the fact that Wing prices have increased so muchover the past years and now they're almost a dollar per wing, I don't understand why they're giving you chicken wings the sizeof a quarter. I've had this experience the last three times I've purchased chicken wings at kfc. That's it for me. I don't thinkI'll go back there again. Times are hard, things are tight, prices are high because of covid and people are looking for the bestvalues they can find. KFC is not the place.

I tried to order the 8-piece family... read more They should rename this location to something other than Kentucky Fried Chicken, maybe "Whatever Chicken We Have Left Over." I tried to order the 8-piece family meal ($26.99) and was told they didn’t have any Original Recipe cooked, but maybe some Extra Crispy if they looked around. This was at 4:30 PM on Sunday, over five hours before closing. They said I could wait 30 minutes for Original Recipe if I wanted, but it was clear they wanted me to just take what was already prepared, not what I actually wanted. So I got off the freeway expecting to get what they advertise, then had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru (which I couldn’t leave at that point) only to not get their signature item. Imagine going to McDonald’s and them saying they no longer make Big Macs because it’s inconvenient for them—how would you feel about that business?
